If you are still being billed by your previous alarm company, it's important to address this issue promptly. Fluent Home is here to help you resolve these billing concerns. Follow these steps to handle the situation:

1️⃣ Request a final bill from your previous alarm company. Make sure all outstanding charges are included.

2️⃣ Once you receive the final bill, send it to Fluent Home for review. You can do this by faxing the document to 855.600.1003 or emailing it to support@fluenthome.com.

3️⃣ Give us 48 hours to review and process your request. Our team will work diligently to resolve the billing issue.
