When can a guest leave a review
Guest are prompted to leave a review within the application once a workday is complete.
Guest are unable to leave reviews for future bookings or for any cancelled bookings.
What we ask a guest to provide
When a guest leaves a review, they are prompted to give you a rating out of 5 as well as select what stood out most about your venue from the following:
Vibe
Facilities
Service
Other
Guest are also able to leave a written comment on their experience

Note that only your average rating and the count of reviews is displayed to other guests, What stood out and commentary is just for you to understand and improve!
How can I see my reviews
Host are able to see the reviews left for them via the in app dashboard section.
Navigate to your dashboard and see your overall rating as well as the indivual rating that were made to generate that rating, you can see the guest name, star rating, what stood out and commentary.
