Enter your Business Phone Number, this is not shared with guests it is for fluxo to get in touch with you

Set up your Financial Info

Fluxo is powered by an integration with Stripe, which is used to facilitate the payments from guests and the payments to you, the host. This next set of steps will take you through an onboarding process with Stripe. If you already have a stripe account you can log in directly without the need to verify your business.

Note, you can continue setting up your account if Stripe verification is not complete. However, until Stripe verification is complete your account listing will not be live.

Set up your place

Tell us all about your venue! This next section is all about who you are and what you want guests to know about your location. All of these elements will be filters and search options guests will configure to find their perfect place to fluxo.

Add a logo

Enter your Venue Name, this will be the name guests see and browse by

Enter your Venue Address, this is the location of your venue

Enter your Venue Neighborhood

Describe your place to users, fill out this section with a short, vibrant description of your venue, maximum characters are 250.

Enter your Wifi Name and Password, this information will be shared with guests when they check in to your venue, to make the transition from arrival to working quick and simple.

Next it is time to define your venue.

Select the Place Category that suits your venue best

Then move on to selecting your Features, select as many as you like to show guests what you have on offer

Next is your venue Vibe, select at least two, but as many as you like to show people what makes your venue special.

Now it is time to add images to your profile:

Add your hero image this is the first image that guests will see when they are browsing places to fluxo

Next add more images to showcase your venue

The last step is setting the days your venue is open to fluxo. Note that these are not your typical business hours, but the hours you want to be open for coworking.

Select each day and open and closing time you want to be open every week.

Add unlisted days, these are days you know your venue will not be open, for example a holiday. You can add or remove as many of these days as you wish, Note that guests will not be able to book any services with you on these days.

Creating a Day Pass

Time for you to create the day passes for your venue:

Set the Quantity this field shows the maximum number of passes that can be booked at your venue on any given day.

Set the Cost per day to show how much your guests will be charged for a day at your venue.

Set the Availability to show which days of the week you offer day passes, note that these must fit within the days you set to fluxo your space in the previous step

Just like that your venue is now listed and guests are able to browse and book day passes! Time to fluxo!

Creating a Space

Fluxo also offers the ability to create spaces, which unlike day passes are special spaces or elements of your venue that are available for hourly or day rates. For example the executive dining room, the podcast studio or your meeting rooms.

Each space is unique and one of a kind. If you have three studios to rent out, you will need to make three spaces, one for each.

Defining your Space

This is where you tell us all about the space you wish to list on Fluxo

Set a Space Type

Set a Space Name this needs to be unique for each of your spaces

Set a Space Description, tell guests what is special and included in booking this space.

Tell us the maximum occupancy of the space with the Number of People setting

Enter a Cost per hour (mandatory) and a cost per day (optional). If you wish to offer your space for full day bookings at a discounted rate, you can do that and will make sure that offer is available to guest, as long as you have no other hourly bookings on that day of course.

Next up is to set your Availability, like day passes, this must fall within your hours of business.

Set your space to be with automatic booking or use our request to book function, to learn more about request to book see this article : PENDING

Next it is time to select the Features of your space.

Finally, Add Images to your space

You are all done, you space is now set up and available for guests to browse and book!
