National campaign process

As an Ad Shop user, your inventory data is super helpful in us securing national campaigns for you.

Whenever we secure a national campaign for you, these are the steps we will take together to fulfill it:

  1. You will get an email from our fulfillment team letting you know that a national buyer has booked a campaign with you. In that email you will find important details about the campaign and the ads that we’d like to run with you.

    1. Our fulfillment team will ask you to take a look at each ad and let the fulfillment team back via email (or comments section on the ads) to know if you’d like to approve it, make changes to it, or cancel it.

  2. Once you have approved the ads with our fulfillment team, go to your Orders page to view all of the ads that we are running with you.

    1. Once creative is ready, our fulfillment team will email you to take a look at the creatives to approve them. Please email our fulfillment team or leave a comment to let us know that you have approved the creative.

    2. Once creative is approved, you can view it on the Orders page, where you can download it easily.

  3. Once the creatives have been approved by you, we expect that you run the ads and upload verifications to the Orders page as well.

All of this can be done in one place on your Orders page! All you have to do is click on the ad ID for the ad drawer to open up, and there you can grab creatives, upload verifications or look at other important details.
