The flytedesk newsrack initiative allows publishers to sign up for free newsracks in exchange for free months of flytedesk advertising on the racks.
When flytedesk sends newsrack units to your campus, a balance is established in order to claim those months. This balance will appear on every Billing Statement that includes newsrack ads until it is fully met. At that point, flytedesk will begin compensating your campus for the units at the rate specified in your newsrack contract.
Your Billing Statements in the flytedesk Ads Platform account make it easy to track your newsrack balance with us. This is calculated based on the number of free months you owe and the amount we have promised to pay per unit per month.
How to find your newsrack balance in your Billing Statement
You are able to see the amount deducted from your newsrack balance on your Billing Statement. At the bottom of your Billing Statement, you can see the ads that we have booked with you and how that amount is applied.
