Print ad verifications are due on the ad's scheduled run date.

To verify print ads, take a photo of the entire page of the physical print copy with the ad placed on it. Make sure to include all edges of the paper in the photo.

Since we need to verify print quality, we will not accept screenshots or PDF copies of the digital edition.

To verify inserts, take an image of the insert placed on top of, or tucked into, the full front page. (The entire front page and the insert must be visible in the photo).

After taking the photo, navigate to the ad line item on the verifications page of your account. Open the item's verification modal and upload your image to the Primary Verification box.

Print Requirements:

  • All flytedesk national ads must be in full color.

  • Include the entire page in the photo frame, with the visible publication date, ensuring the ad matches the creative booked for that day.

  • The most important thing is that photos are clear and acceptable to share with clients. BUT, huge bonus points if you go the extra mile – i.e., take a photo with a student holding the paper up or with the school logo or campus in the background

  • All verification photos need to be uploaded in .jpg or .png format

Verification submissions should look like the examples below:

*Remember that if an ad is not verified within 3 business days of the run date, it puts your ad payment at risk. Read more about our verification policy.
