National ad verifications by product type

Verifications are essential to provide reports and proof of performance for national brands & keep money flowing in for student media. Verification photos are due on each ad's scheduled run date and are required for national ads.

This article will help you get started with national verifications for each specific ad type:

You will receive daily email reminders about any verifications pending upload. You can also see the number of verifications pending upload from your Ads Management Table when you log in:

*Note: Requirements differ for each media type, so please review the media-specific guidelines (linked at the beginning of this article) before submitting.

Once you've uploaded your verification, you're all set!

The campaign fulfillment team will review your verification and mark it 'Approved' if it meets all the guidelines. You can return to the verification window anytime to make changes to your verification.

If your verification does not meet all the guidelines, flytedesk's campaign fulfillment team will reject the verification and leave a note on the platform with further instructions.

Submit your verifications as soon as possible to maximize buyer satisfaction. (You only have 3 business days to submit your verification before your payment is at risk.)

We know life happens, and sometimes ads don't run as scheduled. You can proactively resolve issues by implementing a make-good policy and leaving a note in the activity feed to give our team a heads up.
