To activate Flytedesk Digital on a College Publisher 5.0 site, you'll need to add an 'HTML' element to your site.

Before you start, make sure you have an active digital product in your flytedesk media kit. Click here to set that up first (otherwise the steps below are useless!)

Step 1: Get the digital script tag and class tag from your Flytedesk media kit.

To find your script tag and class tag, click on a digital product, toggle to the 'Pricing & Variants' tab in your product settings, scroll to the right, and click on 'View Tag.' Watch the video below for assistance:

You will use the script tag and class tag to activate your flytedesk Digital unit.

Step 2: Insert the script tag between the <head></head> tags of your website.

We suggest reaching out to College Publisher directly for assistance with this step. All you will need to do is email them the script tag and ask to have it installed in the header of your website.

Step 3: Place an 'HTML' Element on your website (in a location of your choice)

You can add elements to any page or column on your website. Make sure you select the location where you want your Flytedesk digital unit to appear.

Once the script tag is installed, you'll need to add an HTML element to your site. This is where you will add the class tag.

Configure your HTML element by inserting the class tag. (Hint: make sure the element is the same size as the product in your media kit that you're linking, such as 300x250 or 728x90).

College Publisher's Help Center has instructions for adding HTML elements if you need more assistance:

Completing Step 3 will link the unit with your media kit product and activate Flytedesk Digital. After completing this step, you're all set. Remnant ads will start serving into the unit within 24 hours. If you're still not seeing them after 24 hours, try our troubleshooting tips.
