Guide to verifying e-newsletter ads in the flytedesk platform

There are two two critical steps for verifying e-newsletter ads:

  1. Upload a screenshot of the e-newsletter displaying the ad on the e-newsletter's scheduled run date.* Your account manager will likely grab and submit the screenshot on your behalf as part of their daily checkup, but you're still responsible for submitting the metrics.

  2. Submit the total number of ad clicks & the number of opens in the designated fields for the e-newsletter ad within 2-3 days of the run date. This time frame gives your subscribers time to engage with your newsletter.

E-newsletter Verification Requirements:

  • We already know what the ad looks like; we want to see how it looks in your email newsletter! So, don’t just upload a screenshot of the ad. We want to see a screenshot of the entire newsletter, including the ad.

  • Make sure the ad running matches the booked creative.

  • All verification photos need to be uploaded in .jpg or .png format.

Note: If you are not measuring analytics, we cannot sell your e-newsletter. National buyers require them. Email services automatically measure this information, so if you are not using a mail service (like MailChimp or Constant Contact), now is a great time to start.

Acceptable Verification Examples:
