There are two critical steps for verifying email newsletter ads:
Upload a screenshot of the email newsletter displaying the ad on the email newsletter's scheduled on day three after the ad has ran. For example, if the email newsletter ad ran on February 8th, the platform will allow you to upload the verification photo on February 11th. (This time frame gives your subscribers time to engage with your newsletter.)
Submit the total number of ad clicks & the number of opens in the designated fields for the email newsletter ad on the third day as well to guarantee payment.
Email newsletter verification requirements:
We already know what the ad looks like; we want to see how it looks in your email newsletter! So, don’t just upload a screenshot of the ad. We want to see a screenshot of the entire newsletter, including the ad.
Make sure the ad running matches the booked creative.
All verification photos need to be uploaded in .jpg or .png format.
Note: If you are not measuring analytics, we cannot sell your email newsletter. National buyers require them. Email services automatically measure this information, so if you are not using a mail service (like MailChimp or Constant Contact), now is a great time to start.
