How to Enable Budget Pacing Email?
Simple click into your profile in the top right of Flywheel. Then navigate to Edit Profile. Here you will be able to toggle each of your email notifications on/off under the Email Preferences section. Learn more about Email Preferences here.
Email Overview
Within the daily Budget Pacing email you can analyze four key metrics.
Your Monthly Budget for each merchant.
The input spending goal you have provided for each merchant.
MTD Budget %
The percentage of the month to date budget you have actually spent so far in the month.
Forecasted Spend T3
The estimated total amount you will spend in the current month using the spend velocity over the trailing 3 days.
Forecasted Spend T7
The estimated total amount you will spend in the current month using the spend velocity over the trailing 7 days.

When is this email sent?
This email is sent out daily at 10am EST.
When is the data updated?
Flywheel continuously syncs your performance data so when the email is sent out the most recent data Flywheel has will be used.
