From your business profile, you’ll be able to sell FCG shares or FSF units for each of the farms you manage.
When the market is open, the price you see on the overview page for FCG shares and FSF units is a delayed price. You can see the live price by viewing market depth.
Faster identification number (FIN)
The first time you place a sell order for FCG shares, you’ll need to enter your 4-digit faster identification number (FIN). Your FIN will be saved, so you won’t need to enter it again.
You can also add your FIN in advance by going to Manage from your farm, and selecting ‘Add your FIN’.
If you don’t know your FIN, contact Computershare to get it sent to you in the mail.
How to sell FCG shares
Select the farm with the shares you want to sell.
Select ‘Sell’.
Enter your 4-digit FIN.
Choose ‘Shares (Farmer only)’.
Enter the lowest price you’re willing to sell at per share and the number of whole shares to sell.
Set how long you want your order to be on market for.
Confirm your order details.
Select ‘Sell’ to place your order.
You won’t be charged transaction fees when selling FCG shares.
Shareholding limits
You’ll be able to see how many shares you’re permitted to sell when you place your order, as well as where your shareholding currently sits between your minimum and maximum shareholding limits.
You won’t be able to sell FCG shares below your minimum limit.

How to sell FSF units
Select the farm with the units you want to sell.
Select ‘Sell’.
Choose ‘Units’.
Enter the lowest price you’re willing to sell at per unit and the number of whole units to sell.
Set how long you want your order to be on market for.
Confirm your order details.
Select ‘Sell’ to place your order.
Your sell order might not fill immediately, or may only partially fill.
When selling FSF units, you’ll be charged a 1.9% transaction fee, capped at $25.
Cancel an order
During regular market open hours, your sell order is usually sent to market immediately and you might not be able to cancel it.
If you place a sell order while the market is closed, it’ll show as pending—you’ll usually be able to cancel a pending sell order during this time.
For sell orders that have only partially filled, you may be able to cancel the remaining amount.
Cancel pending or partially filled orders
Log in to Sharesies.
In your Portfolio, select the investment with the order you want to cancel.
From the Investing activity card at the top of the page, select ‘Cancel order’ on the pending order.
Select Cancel order and confirm once you’re ready.
