Why am I getting an error message when using a discount or gift card code, and why isn’t it working?

First, please check that the code is entered correctly and does not contain any extra characters or spaces. Some percentage-based discount codes are only valid for regular-priced products and may have a specific validity period. If the checkout process is attempted multiple times and the payment is interrupted, the system may register the code as already used.

If the issue occurs again, please contact our customer service, and we will investigate the problem further.
