We recommend trying to place your order again using the following steps:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable

  • Check that all required order details are correctly filled in

You will always receive an order and payment confirmation via email when your order is successfully placed. If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of any recurring error messages and contact our customer service for further assistance.
