No Payment/Self Pay - A patient may not have any payment information on file and may have Self-Pay designated for insurance, with appointments scheduled. For all instances with No Payment or Self Pay showing, please submit a ticket.
Foodsmart is not accepting any new patients as Self Pay at this time. If your patient is no longer covered by their insurance or employer wellness plan, please let them know that they do not have the Foodsmart benefit anymore and cancel their remaining appointments. Patient appointments will need to be canceled for a majority of members for these specific No Payment or Self Pay instances.
