Fulltime RDs should always have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week.

Part-time RDs should always have a minimum of 32 hours of availability per week.

The schedule must meet the following criteria:

  • Hours should be feasibly bookable on weekdays: 9AM - 10PM ET / 6AM - 7PM PT

  • Schedules cannot start before 9am EST

  • Your schedule must start and end on the hour, e.g. at the :00 mark. All availability must be between :00 and :00 (nothing should start and end at the :30 minute mark)

  • Must have a one hour lunch break

If you need to block an hour here and there for a doctor’s appointment/personal reasons, it is your responsibility to add that hour back in elsewhere that week

  • Please let your manager know the time you’ve blocked and the time you’ve added back in

  • Hours that need to be blocked consistently should not be a part of your weekly availability. For example, if you have a standing weekly therapy appointment on Wednesdays from 2-3PM, your schedule may be:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8-12PM, 1-5PM (32 hours)

    • Wednesday: 8-12PM, 1-2PM, 3-6PM (8 hours)

  • Any time off that deviates from your usual schedule should be run by a manager.
