1099 RDs Offboarding or Pausing

Our contract requires 30 days notice to terminate, and all scheduled appointments during that time period should be honored. We will freeze any time slots after your last day. You will be given instructions to return any Foodsmart equipment.

Foodsmart will "pause" your contract for up to 3 months for maternity leave, health reasons, etc. Your schedule will remain frozen. Any appts scheduled before your pause date will need to be rescheduled with another RD before your leave.

If you need to pause for more than 3 months Foodsmart would have you offboard and reach out and re-onboard when you are available again.
