When to submit an eligibility ticket?

If you see the following in FFD:

  1. Inactive/invalid insurance status

  2. Missing NQ link

  3. Undetermined insurance (Cigna National patients are the biggest population)

  4. Default Payment Method

  5. Need to determine number of covered visits for a member

Best practice is to look at your schedule the day before or morning of the visits to determine if any of them require an eligibility check.
