The Foodsmart Nutrition Network (FNN) is your primary resource hub designed to empower you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition information, tools, and resources to support your work with members. Whether you are preparing for member visits, looking for best practice guidelines, or need quick answers during consultations, FNN is here to make your workflow seamless and efficient.


What is FNN?

FNN is an online, centralized platform that houses comprehensive nutrition content, clinical guidelines, educational materials, and important resources. It acts as a knowledge base and virtual assistant to support you in delivering personalized nutrition care that aligns with Foodsmart’s standards and vision.

How to Access FNN

You can access FNN directly through your Foodsmart portal:

  1. Select Foodsmart Home Base from your Okta Verify tiles.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Foodsmart Nutrition Network (FNN).

FNN offers quick tips, answers to frequently asked questions, ticket submission options, and helpful navigation support to make your experience seamless.


Navigating FNN: Key Features

1. Virtual Assistant (FIN)

  • FIN is your on-demand helper within FNN.

  • You can ask FIN for articles and to help create support tickets by selecting a series of prompts or “bubbles,” guiding you step by step to the information or action you’re looking for. FIN pops up automatically while in FNN

📌Note: You cannot type arbitrary search terms into FIN, but you can use the main search bar in FNN for detailed queries.

2. Search Bar

  • Use the search bar at the top to find articles, protocols, and resources by keywords, topics, or conditions.
