At Foodsmart, we strive to make every process as simple and accessible as possible. To support you, we've introduced a Virtual Assistant named FIN.
FIN is designed to help you quickly find what you need—whether it’s reading helpful articles 📝 or submitting tickets 🎫. While FIN contains the full scope of FNN knowledge, it functions a bit differently: instead of typing to search, you’ll navigate using a series of prompts or “bubbles,” guiding you step by step to the information or action you’re looking for.
FIN houses all the same information available in the Foodsmart Nutrition Network (FNN) and can be accessed within both FNN and FFD (Foodsmart for Dietitians). When using FNN, the Virtual Assistant automatically appears on the right-hand side of the screen for your convenience. To access FIN while in FFD, please follow the instructions below. ⬇️
How to Access FIN in FFD
To access our Virtual Assistant while in FFD, click the question mark icon ❓ inside the chat bubble 💬 located in the top right corner of your screen. This will open FIN and allow you to begin navigating prompts to find the support or information you need.
💡Tip: Until you become familiar with FIN or know exactly what you need, it may be faster to use the search function in FNN.
📌Note: FIN does not support typed searches; navigation is done through selecting prompts only.
