The Home Page is where every Copilot project begins. It is the hub where you will find your brand's publishing schedule, your created/modified content, as well as a place to upload Photos and Clips and helpful links to improve your Copilot knowledge and efficiency.

Understanding the Home Page Icons

All publishable content on the Home Page will appear with one of the below symbols representing the content's Publish status.

To see more information on when a piece of content has been published, or is scheduled to go live, just hover your mouse over the icon.

Understanding the Home Page Sections

The Home Page is divided into four sections:

Publishing Schedule

This section allows you to see when content has been published or is scheduled to be published.

This section is customizable with filtering options for Content Types, Channels, Contributors, and Collaborators. Are you only interested in seeing when an Article is published to the Culture Channel? Set the filters once and Copilot will only show the results you desire each time you navigate to the Home Page.

Copilot's Publish Schedule will default to Today, however, if you want to see what was published yesterday, is scheduled to go live tomorrow, or next week, or was published this week last year, click the date and choose from the filters available. You can also create a Custom Range and Copilot will display all content from within that date range that matches your filter criteria.

My Work

In this section you will find all the content you have recently created and/or modified. You have the same filter controls as the Publishing Schedule section and, like there, Copilot will Save those preferences and display them every time you visit the Home Page.

Upload

Here a user can easily upload Photos and Clips by dragging and dropping them into the highlighted area or select files from their computer by clicking the Upload button. If you only wish to see the Photos and Clips you have uploaded you can use the My Uploads toggle.

Resources

Here you will find convenient links to Copilot resources including support documentation, the sign-up form to attend a Copilot training session, and a link to download the Copilot Chrome Extension.
