Student feedback is vital to Foxsy's growth and provides us with the information we need to continue improving our website. Ratings and reviews are just one of the many ways in which students can let us know how we're doing and what we could do to be even better.
Our star rating system allows students to give each course between one to five stars, with one being the lowest score and five being the highest score. Every course's star rating is an average of its student ratings. Instructor star ratings are an average of all student ratings across all of their courses.
Written reviews can also be given for each course, where students can be as specific as they would like regarding the course.
There are two ways to navigate to the Ratings & Reviews section of a course to submit a review: at the bottom of the course page after completing the course and in the description of the conclusion lesson of the course.
Starting from the conclusion lesson of the course, scroll to the bottom and click on the "Review This Course" button. This button will take you to the bottom of the course page, where you can begin writing your review.
Click the "Write a Review" button to open the review pop-up. You will be prompted first to leave a star review, with 1 stars being the lowest score and 5 stars being the highest score. Then, you will be given a chance to leave a written review as well. When you are finished, click "Save & Continue".
