What is the typical “holding period” for investments through Fractual?

Updated over 3 months ago

The “holding period” covers the time from a property's acquisition until its eventual sale (exit). Investment opportunities made available via the Platform are considered medium to long-term and are typically expected to last several years.

Each property opportunity has its own target holding period and exit strategy. These are described in the relevant investment page and the associated terms and agreements.

Important: The actual holding period may be shorter or longer than initially expected, depending on market conditions and other factors affecting the sale of the property.
