View investment opportunities on the Platform as they become available. Each property is a separate investment, with its own structure, terms, and documentation.
Review the details
Take your time to carefully assess all information provided for each investment opportunity, namely financial projections, risk factors, and the relevant Subscription Agreement and bond terms.
Invest freely
Choose the amount you want to invest in a specific opportunity (subject to any minimum/maximum limits shown), e-sign the relevant Subscription Agreement, and make your payment using any of the available, at the time, methods displayed.
Receive your STOs & Bond Certificate
Once your subscription has been accepted and your payment has been successfully processed, an amount of security tokens (STOs) equivalent to your bond subscription will be distributed to your Fractual wallet; a digital Bond Certificate will also be generated and remain available within your account as evidence of your STO holding.
