Understanding Frame Set Workspaces and Billing

This article explains how workspaces work in Frame Set and how adding team members affects your subscription billing. A workspace is a shared space for your team within Frame Set. It's where you collaborate on projects in various ways.

How Membership Pricing Works

Each team member in a workspace requires one paid membership. This is how our billing model is structured. You can find more details on our Pricing Page.

When you add a new member to your workspace, it adds an additional membership to your bill. This happens even if the person you are adding already has a Frame Set membership in a different workspace.

The cost for the additional membership is based on your current billing plan (monthly or yearly) and your rate per membership. It adds another membership "seat" to your workspace.

If You Pay Monthly

If you are on a monthly plan at $15.99 per membership: With one member, your bill is $15.99 each month. If you add a second member, your bill becomes $15.99 times 2, which is $31.98 per month. If you add a third member, your bill becomes $15.99 times 3, which is $47.97 per month.

If You Pay Yearly

If you add a member while on a yearly plan, you will be billed for the additional annual cost for that new member ($131.88 in this example) right away. The renewal date for that specific membership will be one year from the date you added them.

How Your Cost Changes with More Members

This table shows how your cost increases as you add more members for both monthly and yearly plans:

Number of Members

If Billed Monthly

If Billed Yearly

1

$15.99

$131.88

2

$31.98

$263.76

3

$47.97

$395.64

4

$63.96

$527.52

5

Adding a team member to your Frame Set workspace is simple, and each new member adds the cost of one membership to your subscription, based on your plan. If you have questions about workspaces or billing, please contact our support team.
