Organizing your frames and motions within a Set allows you to control the order and flow of your content. The ability to custom rearrange depends on your Set's "Sort By" setting.
Understanding "Sort By" and Rearranging:
"Sort By: Custom": This is the setting that allows you to manually rearrange the order of your frames and motions. When set to "Custom," you will see your chosen arrangement, and you can freely drag and drop items to change their position.
"Sort By: Recently Added": When your Set is sorted by "Recently Added," the frames and motions will be displayed in the order they were added to the Set, with the most recently added appearing last. In this view, custom rearrangement is locked and not possible.
How to Custom Rearrange Frames (Requires "Sort By: Custom"):
Open the Set you'd like to organize by clicking on it in the sidebar menu.
Ensure the "Sort By" option for the Set is set to "Custom". (If it's set to "Recently Added," switch it to "Custom" to enable rearranging).
To rearrange a frame or motion, simply click and drag it to your desired location within the Set. You will see a visual indicator of where it will be placed.
For now, rearranging multiple frames or motions at once isn't possible.
Important Consideration for Workspace Collaboration: Please note that other members in your workspace who have access to a Set can also change the custom arrangement. Be mindful of this when collaborating on Sets, as others may reorder frames and motions.
