Selling gift vouchers is an easy way to generate additional revenue — especially during holidays, special occasions, or quieter periods. With FRANK, you can activate your own gift voucher shop directly inside your widget.
How to activate the Gift Voucher shop
Go to Manage → Setup → Gift Vouchers
Enable the gift voucher module
Connect your Mollie account
⚠️ You must have Mollie connected to sell vouchers
(Manage → Setup → Payments)Set how long vouchers are valid
Edit the introduction text shown in your widget
If your widget is available in multiple languages, make sure to add translations here as well.
Add Gift Vouchers to your shop
Go to Gift Vouchers → Gift Vouchers
Click + Gift Voucher
Choose the voucher amount
Choose a design:
Select a color (your restaurant logo will automatically be added — from Manage → Restaurant → Design)
Or upload your own custom design image
Click Save
Repeat to add multiple voucher amounts
You can offer as many different amounts as you like.
How guests buy Gift Vouchers
Once activated, a Gift Vouchers button automatically appears in your FRANK widget.
Guests now can:
Select one or multiple voucher amounts
Purchase multiple vouchers per amount
Complete payment via Mollie
After checkout:
The buyer receives an email
The gift voucher(s) are included as an attachment
How guests redeem Gift Vouchers
When making a reservation through your widget:
Guests enter their voucher code during checkout
The voucher value is automatically deducted from the total
No manual processing needed.
Add a direct button to your website (Recommended)
If your reservation widget automatically opens on your website, it’s recommended to add a separate gift voucher button as well.
