Before embedding the FRANK widget on your website, itβs important to configure it so it matches your brand and behaves exactly how you want.
This ensures a smooth and consistent experience for your guests.
Set the color of your widget
Make sure the widget aligns with your brand styling.
Go to Settings β Restaurant
Navigate to Color
Choose your preferred color:
Use the color picker
Or enter a HEX code
This color will be used for the widget buttons.

Control how the widget opens
Decide how the widget behaves when someone visits your website.
Go to Settings β Widget
Under Widget options, configure:
Whether the widget opens automatically when the page loads
Whether it opens automatically on mobile devices
Whether the toolbar is shown or hidden on desktop
Whether the toolbar is shown or hidden on mobile
This allows you to fully control how visible and accessible the widget is.
Set language and availability messages
Make sure your widget communicates clearly with your guests.
Go to Settings β Widget
Configure:
Language
Choose the language of your widget.
If your website supports multiple languages, select Automatic so the widget adapts to the guestβs browser language.

Unavailable time slots message
Set the message shown when no time slots are available.
This helps manage expectations and guides guests on what to do next.
Preview your widget
After making changes, always check how your widget looks and behaves:
Go to Settings β Widget to preview your setup.
