On mobile, you often want to scan quickly and see only the most relevant information. Because of the smaller screen size, showing fewer fields can make the list clearer and easier to use during service.

How to change the mobile list view

  1. Open the List View on your mobile device

  2. Tap Actions

  3. Tap the settings icon (gear icon)

  4. Choose which columns or information you want to display

Separate settings for mobile

Any changes you make in the mobile list view only apply to mobile.

That means:

  • Your mobile layout can stay clean and compact

  • Your desktop view can remain more detailed

  • Your iPad view can keep its own setup

Example setup

Mobile

Show only:

  • Number of guests

  • Time

  • Ticket

  • Notes

Desktop or iPad

Show additional details such as:

  • Phone number

  • Time

  • Ticket
