Requesting the Freebee with a walker.

Updated over a week ago

If you have a foldable walker, we should have no issues fitting it inside of a regular vehicle. When requesting, please make sure to designate your walker as an extra person (if you’re requesting the ride for 2, request it for 3). Ensuring that there is an area in the vehicle for your walker to go alongside you.

If you require assistance in requesting your ride, please feel free to reach out to Freebee's dispatch line (855.918.3733) to have one of our dedicated agents help you with your ride request. Freebee's Dispatch line is available from 7:00am-11:00pm, every single day. Please note, this phone line is reserved for people above the age of 65 and for people in need of accessibility accommodations.
