Our ride-share wait times vary drastically from service area to service area, being that different service zones have different amounts of vehicles and areas of coverage.
Firstly, when you request a ride, you may be wondering how long it will take for your driver to arrive. The answer is that it depends on a few factors, including demand and traffic conditions. You will be able to review your ETA (and stops ahead) once your ride is paired with one of our drivers.
Secondly, our service is 100% on-demand. This means that we do not schedule rides in advance, and instead, drivers are dispatched to pick up passengers as soon as they request a ride. This can result in shorter wait times, but it also means that wait times can change quickly.
It's important to note that wait times can be affected by traffic conditions. If there is heavy traffic in your area, it may take your driver longer to reach you. This is why the wait times for our vehicles are always subject to change.
