When requesting a ride, please make sure to designate your walker as an extra person. For example, if you are requesting a ride for two people, request it for three. This will ensure that there is enough space in the vehicle for both you and your walker.
Step 2: Fold Your Walker Before the Ride
Before your ride arrives, please make sure to fold your walker. This will make it easier to fit inside the vehicle and ensure that there is enough space for other passengers.
Step 3: Communicate with Your Driver
Before or when your ride arrives, please communicate with your driver about your walker. Let them know that you have a foldable walker and that you would like it to be placed in the vehicle. This will help the driver accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth ride for everyone.
Step 4: Ensure Your Walker is Secure
Once your walker is in the vehicle, make sure it is secure and will not move around during the ride. This will ensure your safety and the safety of others in the vehicle.
