Absolutely, you can cancel your ride so long as your driver isn't close or hasn't arrived yet. Though please note, if you cancel a ride last-minute or when you driver is already outside, a negative mark will automatically be placed on your account.
Being that we only offer a free service, Freebee's internal system is designed to automatically flag users who abuse cancellations. Enough flags could possibly lead to an account suspension if protocols aren't properly followed. Please ensure that when you request your ride, you are ready-to-go at any given moment.
