Why was my Freebee ride canceled?

My ride was canceled.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Due to the nature and speed of our service, we are unable to wait for passengers to get ready. We ask that all of our passengers stay attentive to their phone and are ready to go when requesting their ride. Please review the instances where we reserve the right to automatically cancel your ride:

  1. If a passenger remains unresponsive for more than 3-5 minutes after the driver has notified arrival.

  2. If a passenger exhibits violent, inappropriate, or threatening behavior, whether verbally or physically.

  3. If a passenger displays signs of leaving behind bodily fluids in the vehicle, which could range from open wounds to an accidental excretion, or any other biohazard.

  4. If a passenger is visibly out of control, unable to communicate, or incapable of walking due to the influence of controlled substances.

On rare occasions, our service can experience delays and cancelations due to technical or mechanical issues. If your ride is canceled in a moment like this, our drivers will do their best to give you appropriate communication regarding the status of your ride or will cancel your ride with the appropriate reason (i.e. low battery level, technical issues) for you to be able to request a new ride.

We understand that having your ride canceled can be frustrating, but please know that our top priority is the safety and well-being of our passengers and drivers. We reserve the right to cancel a ride if any of the above situations occur, as they can pose a risk to both parties.

Thank you for choosing Freebee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
