We're so excited to be part of the Key West / Stock Island community! Conch Connect powered by Freebee is an all new service within the limits of the southern-most part of the Florida keys, that provides point-to-point and on-demand service for a low cost.

Requesting a Ride
To download the Ride Freebee app, please click here. When it's time to request your first ride, you can start the process by selecting the pink "Request a Ride" button in the Ride Freebee app's home screen. From there select your pickup, drop-off, and confirm your ride with the appropriate amount of passengers. *Please ensure you are inputting the number of passengers accurately into your ride request, as this will affect your fare cost.

Our Conch Connect hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Sunday: 5am - 9pm (hours may very until July 15th & all requests must be received 15 minutes prior to closing time).

Payment Details
Before requesting a ride, you must add a valid credit or debit card into the Ride Freebee app. There are two ways to achieve this:
At the "Confirm your ride" screen, there will be a fillable section at the bottom that requires you to add and fill out your payment information. The Ride Freebee app will not allow you to fully request a ride until you have added these details.
Through the Ride Freebee app home screen, tap on the the 3 adjacent lines on the top right corner to bring up the menu. In this menu, select "Payments", then select "Add credit/debit card" and fill out all of the required fields.

Fare
All ride charges are calculated based off of how many passengers are riding in the Freebee. The cost associated is $2 per passenger (3 people = $6 fare).
Cash-Free Payments
Conch Connect powered by Freebee is primarily a cashless service. Don’t have a credit card? Please visit any of these local stores to purchase a pre-paid credit card with cash in the dollar amount of your choosing:

Note that reloadable cards, such as American Express “Serve”, can be refilled when empty without requiring the purchase of a new card. Once you have your prepaid card, you can set up your Ride Freebee account on your smart phone with the appropriate payment details.

Requesting a ride works primarily through the Ride Freebee app. You'll find that it's easy to use and offers plenty of features that will enhance your experience all-together, it offers:

ETAs that are updated in real-time.

If for any reason you are having trouble requesting your ride through the app or if you are in need of a ride with special accommodations (I.e an ADA or a wheelchair accessible ride) please reach out using Freebee's Dispatch Line: (855) 918-3733. One of our agents will be glad to assist you in putting your ride together.
Please note that the Conch Connect service will still require payment confirmation via a text message link that is sent to you directly after the ride is requested. Once you've confirmed your payment info, your ride will then be placed into the active queue of rides.
