The Ballantyne Bolt is an exclusive amenity for campus office customers and Towerview and Oro residents. The Bolt vehicles are 100% electric and emission-free, making them an eco-friendly option for getting around the Ballantyne campus.
Requesting a Ride
Using the Ballantyne Bolt is easy and completely free.
1. Download the Ride Freebee app (here) and set up your account. Make sure to enable location access when prompted.
2. Head to the goBallantyne app, click the Explore tab, and then select Ride Bolt.
3. Request a ride and set your pickup and drop-off locations.
4. Show the goBallantyne app to your driver and enjoy the ride.
It's that easy! No need to worry about cash or credit cards. Plus, Bolt drivers are friendly and knowledgeable about the area, so feel free to ask for recommendations or tips during your ride. If needed, more detailed instructions (with images) can be found here.

Our Ballantyne Bolt hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm
Saturday - Sunday: No Service
(All requests must be received 15 minutes prior to closing time)
