If you are having connection issues in class we recommend that you run the video connectivity test here to diagnose any connectivity issues: https://tools.vonage.com/video/precall
Other steps you can take to improve your connection:
Move to a stable home internet connection.
Public wifi networks, corporate or university networks, and cellular connections can be unstable or can have firewalls or other access controls that interfere with streaming video.
Turn off any other devices which are streaming video (streaming services on smart TVs, other computers or phones, etc.).
Disconnect from any VPNs or ad blocking proxies.
Disable any ad blocking software.
Restart your computer.
Restart your modem and router.
Contact your ISP for support with your internet connection.
If disconnected, promptly rejoin the session to minimize attendance disruptions. Maintaining a stable internet connection is crucial for ensuring that your attendance is accurately recorded. Frequent disconnections might cause the tracking system to miss recording your presence, which could mark your class as incomplete, and we are to able to credit for class time our system cannot see due to connectivity issues.
If none of these help your connection issues, please contact our support team for additional assistance, or contact your internet provider to troubleshoot your connection.
