My connection is bad during class. How do I troubleshoot?

Other steps you can take to improve your connection:

  • Move to a stable home internet connection.

    • Public wifi networks, corporate wifi, and cellular connections can be unstable or have firewalls which can interfere with streaming video.

  • Turn off any other devices which are streaming video (streaming services on smart TVs, other computers or phones, etc.).

  • Disconnect from any VPNs.

  • Restart your computer.

  • Restart your modem and router.
