Other steps you can take to improve your connection:
Move to a stable home internet connection.
Public wifi networks, corporate wifi, and cellular connections can be unstable or have firewalls which can interfere with streaming video.
Turn off any other devices which are streaming video (streaming services on smart TVs, other computers or phones, etc.).
Disconnect from any VPNs.
Restart your computer.
Restart your modem and router.
