Sort of. "Realtor" and "real estate agent" don't mean the same thing, although many people use the terms interchangeably.
A "real estate agent" is someone with a state-issued real estate license. We offer the state mandated pre-licensing classes to become a real estate agent, and we are licensed as a real estate school by state licensing authorities.
A "realtor" is a real estate agent who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORs. The REALTORs are an independent trade organization, and they do not issue state licenses or oversee licensing.
The license that you get after finishing our course and passing the state real estate license test lets you become a real estate agent.
After you are licensed as a real estate agent you may choose to join, or not join, the REALTORs. Becoming a REALTOR isn't required to become a state licensed real estate agent.
