Forgot your password? Don’t worry. Here’s an easy way to reset it:
On the Login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
Enter the email address associated with your Frenalytics account. If you’re not sure what it is, see What email address should I use to login?
Click the link in the Password Reset email you’ll receive.
Once you’ve set a new password, you can now use it to login to your account.

I’m getting a “Email does not exist” error:
The email address you’ve entered is not the one on your account. If you’re not sure what your email address is, see What email address should I use to login?
I’m getting a “This account has not been activated yet" error:
Please check your inbox for an email from Frenalytics with the subject line "Activate your Frenalytics account" and click the link to set a password and activate your account. If you cannot find this email or need additional help, please contact Frenalytics Support.I didn’t get a Password Reset email.
It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you still don’t see it, check your Spam folder. No luck? Please contact us for more help.
I’m not able to set a new password.
