All your meals will be delivered in a reusable cool bag, with ice packs. Please ensure that all reusable cooler bags are returned back to us. At the end of each day, you will need to leave your empty cooler bag (ice packs included) back in the designated delivery location for our driver to collect. He will replace this with a fresh bag, for each night you are scheduled to receive a delivery. Please ensure you have returned all bags to us, when your plan has ended. We aim to operate in the most sustainable way possible, and our cyclical cooler bag model is essential to being able to do so.
