All of our meals are delivered either in temperature controlled, reuseable cooler bags with ice packs or in recyclable boxes (for larger deliveries) with eco-chill icepacks.

If you receive your delivery in a cooler bag, you will need to leave this back in your delivery spot ahead of your next delivery, to be replaced with a new bag.

If you receive your deliveries in a box, it can be recycled. For the additional components, please use the following instructions:

Eco-Chill ice packs, please cut the top of the pack open and simply pour it around your garden plants. Alternatively pour away with warm running water. It is non-toxic & non harmful. The outer layer can be recycled. You can do the same with our Water ice packs too.
Wool liners and pouches can be composted and the plastic outer is recyclable.

Denim can be recycles in the clothes recycling at your local recycle centre and the plastic outer is recyclable.

Our food containers are biodegradable and recyclable. The containers are made from 90% bagasse biodegradable material and lined with a plastic film that keeps the food fresh. After use, the lining can be peeled out. Find out how here. You can dispose of the container itself in the food waste bin, and the inside lining and top seal cover can be rinsed and put in the recycling bin.
