What if I need to pause my delivery, or only require food on certain days?

We want to work around your schedule and know things change. You are free to choose which days of the week that you do and do not want food!

For the Goals plan, this can be selected on the order form and changed at any time through your client login area. You are also free to pause the service at any time.

Please note that we require 2 working days' of notice if you would like to alter your delivery pattern or pause your deliveries. You can pause deliveries up to a maximum of 12 months- after this, any unused days will expire.

If you have ordered a Select plan, you choose your delivery dates for the following week by simply selecting the dishes you want on which days, using the dates tabs within yor client portal. If you want to skip a whole week, you can click into the week, within your client portal, and siply click 'skip week'.
