How do I change my delivery pattern?

How you update your delivery schedule, will depend on whether you have ordered a Goals plan or a Select Plan. If you have ordered a Goals plan:

1. Sign in to your FFF account.
2. Navigate to the 'Manage Delivery' tab on the left hand side.
3. Scroll down to view the subheading 'Your bags per weekday'. Select the date range to which you would like to make changes.
4. Select the pencil in the top right hand corner.
5. Change how many bags you would like on each day by using the - + toggles next to the weekday names.
6. Select the date you would like this to come into effect from, bearing in mind that we require two business days of notice to make changes.
7. Click 'Save schedule' to confirm your changes

Please bear in mind that we require two business days of notice to change delivery patterns.

If you have ordered a Select plan, you choose your delivery dates for the following week by simply selecting the dishes you want on which days, using the dates tabs within yor client portal.
