If you choose not to include breakfast meals, you will receive all lunch and dinner style meals i.e. main meals. For instance, if you choose a 3-meal per day plan with no breakfast, you will receive 3 lunch and dinner style meals.
If you don't want a breakfast meal and you don't want an extra lunch/dinner meal, the best option would be to go for our 2 meal per day plan and simply select the 'lunch and dinner' option.
