When you request a cash-out of the credit on your account, there will be a 10% admin fee up to £65. This is company policy, and the reason being is there are several internal costs and processing fees when we process refunds. Additionally, it takes time for our nutritionists to set up your bespoke plan, so the admin fee helps cover the cost of this in case of early cancellation.
