Can you cater to a Keto diet?

We do not cater to Keto diets as our menu is not suitable for it. The lowest percentage of carbs we can offer is 15% due to the way our menu is built.

A truly ketogenic diet provides 75% of calories in fat and only about 10-20% protein and 5-10% carbohydrates. Fats on our menu have to come from fattier cuts of meat and fish, sauces, and garnishes. There are not many 'fat only' sources on our menu, meaning the fat is always paired with carbohydrate (sauce) or protein (fatty meat/fish). Therefore it is not possible to build a menu that provides 75% calories in fat whilst keeping protein and carbohydrate that low.

What we can offer is a very low carbohydrate, high protein/fat plan. The macro split would be 40% protein, 15% carbohydrate, and 45% fat. However, due to the high protein content, this plan is unlikely to generate a state of ketosis as protein can be converted to carbohydrates if carbohydrate intake is low.
