We have four plans that you can choose from:
Fat Loss (20% calorie deficit)
Lean Gains (10% calorie deficit)
Enhance Energy (Maintenance calories)
Build Muscle (10% calorie surplus)
If you would like to change from one of these plans to another once you have signed up, we can do it for you, but please note you will still be receiving meals from the same menu, the only thing that will change is your calories. It would actually be easier for you to change your calories on your account in relation to your goal (find out how here, rather than changing the plan itself, because the name of the plan just refers to your goal when you first sign up.

You can choose from the following plans:
Balanced - 25% Protein, 35% Carbs, 40% Fat - You can change your macros at any time on this plan
Low Carb - 40% Protein, 20% Carbs, 40% Fat - You can change your macros at any time on this plan
Plant-Based, vegan or vegetarian - Calorie-specific, not macro-specific - You can change your calories at any time on this plan, but you cannot add any exclusions (besides dairy, egg, and gluten)
Flexitarian - Calorie-specific, not macro-specific - You can change your calories at any time on this plan, but the only exclusions you can add are the different meats/fish
Pescatarian - 25% Protein, 40% Carbs, 35% Fat - ou can change your calories at any time on this plan, but you cannot choose your own macros
Once you have requested to change your nutritional preference, it will take two business days to come into effect.
