You cannot exclude certain ingredients from your Select meals, but you have full choice of all meals each day, so can choose those which suit your preferences best.

Click the 'i' in the top right hand corner of the dish to view all ingredient information, if there are certain things you prefer to avoid.

You can also use the filters in the top right hand corner of the page to filter your options by protein type or dietary preference.
