How to withdraw funds?

1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet section located in the top right corner of the site.

2. Then choose a suitable withdrawal method, specify the amount, and click on the Create Request button.

3. Note the various limits and fees for each payment direction, which can be found at the bottom of the wallet window.

What is the withdrawal time?

Withdrawal processing usually takes place within the first few minutes and generally takes from 5 to 30 minutes. We process withdrawals 24/7, including weekends.

The speed of withdrawal can depend on the load of the payment system, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours according to our regulations.

Withdrawal with status "In Progress". What does it mean?

Status "In Progress" means that we have approved your withdrawal request, and the operation is in the transfer stage. The money has already been sent for processing and should soon be credited to your account.

The waiting time can be up to 3 days, although transactions usually complete much faster.

What should you consider before withdrawing funds?

Before making a withdrawal, keep in mind that each transaction undergoes a check for compliance with all site rules as stated in our user agreement. If all rules are followed, your withdrawal will be approved and receive the status "In Progress", indicating successful verification.

In some cases, the funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or canceled due to violations of usage rules. These measures are usually applied in cases of improper use of site bonus funds (accumulation, exceeding the maximum available withdrawal amount of bonuses, incorrect game selection for bonuses).

If you plan to use only fund replenishment or deposits, you should not encounter any problems with the withdrawal.

If your withdrawal request is declined, be sure to contact our technical support to find out why it was canceled. They will help you solve the issue and provide the necessary recommendations.

If the withdrawal to your mobile bank does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact our support team, and we will gladly assist you.
