If a rental agreement is cancelled by the tenant before the agreed move-in date, the tenant is still obligated to transfer the full rent for the first month to the landlord. In addition, a service fee of €200 is payable to Friends in Flats.
These obligations are waived only if the tenant provides a suitable replacement tenant in time, who is explicitly accepted by the landlord and takes over the rental agreement under the same terms and with the originally agreed move-in date.
